NOTE - Accommodation must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to event.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to event, a refund will be provided, minus a $80 admin fee.
If cancelled within 4 weeks of event, we will attempt to re-book. If successfully re-booked, refund minus $80 admin fee will apply.
If we are UNABLE to secure a replacement booking, no refund will be provided.
